Where is Palmtana?

I see multiple threads where a player asks a question and nobody from Strat responds. Huge opportunity missed! A quick reply from Palmtana or the game's producer would be 5 minutes well spent, and help reinvigorate the game. In at least two cases, the player stopped playing out of frustration. Pandemic, for one..

Palmtana does a great job, in my opinion. As far as Strat's lack of involvement, however... You're a million percent correct on that one!
