Strat-O-Matics Approach:
"This team has negative cash due to losing out on players in the autodraft, but there were no lower priced players available in the pool to fulfill their roster requirements. As such the autodraft had to draft higher priced players for them. They will be allowed to maintain their current roster at the expense of not being able to make further transactions.
They will regain the ability to make transactions again if they drop enough of their roster value to place them below the salary cap."
SOLUTION

1992 Seattle Seahawks - Struggled with protection, allowing 55 sacks.
2008 Detroit Lions - Finished winless with a porous line that gave up 51 sacks.
2015 San Diego Chargers - Injuries and poor play led to a league-high 40 sacks.
1991 Indianapolis Colts - Allowed 62 sacks, severely hindering their offense.
2000 Cincinnati Bengals - A lack of talent led to a dismal offensive performance.
2013 New York Giants - Struggled with consistency, allowing 43 sacks and poor run blocking.
Some of the all-time worst NFL defenses in history, consider the following teams:
2008 Detroit Lions - Finished the season 0-16, allowing 517 points.
1995 New Orleans Saints - Gave up 440 points, finishing with a 7-9 record.
2012 New York Giants - Allowed 400 points, struggling throughout the season despite a playoff appearance.
