Home team advantage?

Is there a built in advantage for the home team?

If anyone has recent experience with the CD Rom football game (I don't) that might provide a clue - i.e. Is there an optional rule that creates a home team advantage, and if so, how does it work within the game system.

My understanding is that the online baseball game gives the home team an advantage , I think by adjusting batting averages, possibly through an adjustment of ballpark singles for the home team. But I'm not even sure if everyone agrees with what I just said.

As for online football, I don't know.

Yes. Of course there should be a home field advantage.
I'd be shocked if Strat didn't build this into the game already.

I'm assuming this game is using the standard strat-o-matic football computer game engine.

I'm guessing that the football game is similar to baseball in certain rules are optional and can be turned off or on? Anybody know which rules are active?
