Salary Questions

My team came out of the auto-draft with a negative 1 million cash available.

1) Does this mean I have to reduce my salary before the season start?

2) If I don't, what happens?

Here is the crux of the dilemma.
I am last in waivers, because my team got the most players selected in the draft.
If I have to reduce my overall salary by 1 mill, to start the season, as there are no lower cost options at HB, FB, SE, FL and all the special teams---without giving up a key player that I had selected in my draft.
So in effect, not only do I waiver last, but I would then have to give up a player that I drafted, and is a key for my team---so a double whammy, double indemnity.

this negative cash available issue needs to be solved....

1. No

2. Nothing, except you can't make any transactions until you get to $140M, i.e. any player you pick up must be $1M less in salary than who you drop.
