It's not like they didn't have talent, the "coaching" (I use the term loosely) job last season for them was horrible.
That being said, they've taken the revenue sharing for YEARS and pocketed it doing nothing. They promised to change and field a competitive team. Apparently fleecing the community for 2.4 billion (after interested) and now fleecing the other MLB owners. They will turn out a AAA roster and pockets millions more again every season.
It has been a recurring this with them since the Expos and now Marlins. Selig continues to let his "friends" destroy the sanctity of baseball.
