2012 mid priced CF

There is a lot of decent mid priced 3.6~4.1M CFs -- I've been sifting through played leagues trying to see who performs well in a 80m League for an upcoming draft---I wonder if anyone has used Venable--as he has good clutch performance and I an leaning toward him---Parra, Eaton and De Aza not used much either. I see Brantley, Saunders, Victorina and Denorfia used a lot, but not the others.

Obviously I would expect more if he played in a park more favorable to him. Decent defense and speed for the money. I wouldn't really put in any value to clutch. In nearly 600 PAs that accounted for a grand total of 3 extra hits for my team. Certainly not anything to pick him over someone else that might be better suited for your team.

Although I haven't used him yet, when I look at these same players I am always drawn to Brantley.

I think Brantley the best also if he is your main CF---I was thinking of a platoon with Gutierrez plaing against LH (when not hurt) and Venable against RH pitching.

Having pretty good luck with Victorino in 2 $80M leagues.........
