Brandon Moss numbers are in parentheses and Garcia's numbers don't look to crazy to me. But Strat is CRAZY on who they say is Leashed or Unleashed.
One of the categories you left out in your comparison was games played, in which Moss played 84 (more than half)in 2012 while Garcia only played 51 in 2002, which might have played a part in Strat's reasoning--both in excluding Garcia and including Moss. So, while I'm not saying Garcia didn't necessarily merit inclusion (based on Strat's own usual standards), I would say that 2012 Moss has a substantially stronger case for inclusion in his set than 2002 Garcia did in his. As to the method in Strat's madness in deciding who is Leashed or Unleashed, I would say they have done a fairly decent job but could perhaps be more consistent in following their own establishing rules--or actually establishing those rules--deciding which player is what.
