HA! Wow, finally got around to reading this one. I'm glad Frank recalled the human rain delay of some draft(s?) (so many, who knows which one(s)) that was Chase...and always due to problems with his tractor...

I'm assuming he's from the midwest, or some big farmland...but...strat-anonymous makes that a mystery...
