2013 Best Bang for your Buck Hitter????

PostWed Apr 30, 2014 11:47 am

For me, I think the best bang for your buck is Jose Altuve! He allows you to go CHEAP at 2B to spend more money elsewhere, he hits well with good speed, and is Max 3 for injury!! Who is your choice?????

To many teams, not enough time! Must be an addiction!!

I hate playing a 3 up the middle.
I think the best bang for the buck hitter is Miggy. Lot of bucks, but lots of bang! :D

I have found Victor Martinez and MAtt Holliday have provided good value thus far.

I had good success with Holliday as well, I'd use him again

BTW, my fav's (so far, not a lot has gone right for me in 2013 season) would be

C: Saltmachia platoon
1B: Carp
2B: Position black hole for me. Going to start going uber cheap def and forget any offense from this spot.
SS: Segura
3B: Miggy
LF: Yelich platoon
CF: None, probably have to start going big $$ as everyone has sucked in the under 7 mil area for me
RF: Blackmon
DH: D Ortiz

TBH, in pretty much every league I have found Miggy, Ortiz and Yelich to be awesome each and every time out. That would probably be 3 out of my top 5 picks from now on.

Here ya go geekor.

Take a look @ the uber cheap Galvis @ 2B.

Great D. 26 HR's and 71 RBI's for $2.03.

(yeah I know the BA & OB suck, but what do ya want for $2.03?)

Yeah, look at his decent regular season and monster post-season numbers.

I would say Chase Utley, Salty (probably the best offensive C vs rhp), and in CF Gardner and his +12 clutch.
