I purchased a team yesterday but SOM didn't deliver the team credit to my account. I wrote an email to Online Support about the problem and have heard absolutely nothing back. What do I do to get SOM to fix this? Any suggestions appreciated thanks
I assume by now you have received your credit. If so should probably post just to let everyone know strat eventually responded and corrected. If you still have not received the credit a simple call to your credit card company should resolve. I find companies respond real quick once that charge is reversed.
