Champions League with a slight twist

All that it takes to qualify is one championship with either the 2012 or 2013 set. Here is mine (plus two more) to prove I qualify:

League will be 2014- DH/ 5/10/20 / 85 Million Dollar Salary Cap. The reason the cap is a little higher is because there is one and only one stipulation to this league; YOU MUST AT ALL TIMES CARRY A 28 MAN ROSTER. That is why you get an extra 5 million above the normal amount. This is simply to change it up fellas and make it a tiny bit more realistic. Trades are allowed (even encouraged) and drops are allowed, but you must carry 28 players at all times beginning with opening day and throughout the season. .... I am really hoping we can get 11 more champions who are up to a new test with a twist, to see who rules the 28 Man Roster Champions League
