Trouble getting season rosters with computer game

Asking all you veterans here for some assistance. I purchased the 2015 Windows game and was able to download
and install the game on my home PC. However, after clicking the install rosters 2014 Deluxe Season roster PHC , a zip fill loads but I never am prompted to enter the roster code, so I have no rosters. I have no idea what to do now. Help!

I followed the instructions: Open game, go to league menu, select install rosters,click install.
Next they say: first time you use your roster, you will be prompted to enter product authorization code.

I have no rosters to use.

There might be some one here that can help but you be better off emailing strat support. This forum is for the online game not the cd-rom game. As I said there may be some online players that have the CD-ROM version that can help but don't be suprised if you do not get help here.

I have sent an email yesterday, but no one works on the weekend. I was hoping for some help here.
