Let's talk about the Cap Hit on default leagues

so after starting my 1st auto league of the new set I find they've reset this back to 20%. what the heck guys! the rule change was crucial in my choice to re up and keep playing. I don't have the brain power or resources to look at this mass of new cards and combine them into anything resembling a champion. I need that 5% safety net to get up to speed on this set before my credits are gone. PLEASE fix this error. as no leagues have started yet fix it now if you would.
