KC developing some base stealers

I was just looking at the Rangers minor league teams and noted Cordell had a lot of double early. So I checked the league stats to see where he ranked. But when I did what caught my eye was the top 3 basestealers in Texas league played for NWA which is Northwest Arkansas, a KC affiliate. That team is 35-4 on stolen bases. And checking the Pacific Coast where their Omaha affiliate shows they have a gue there who is 15-0. Looks like the organization as a whole is following a speed based philosophy.
