Changing salaries for new leagues would require them to have multiple versions of the card set. That would be too complicated for their developers to handle.

It's done for changes to the ATG set. Existing league stay the same, It COULD be dome for Daily baseball. Only playing two leagues. The non-franchise league has probably the most unbalanced standings I''ve seen. I think a lot has to do with the salary being way off and this being an autodraft league.

All they have to do is set each player to a base salary of X dollars and then link another table that takes in league id, player id, multiplier. Then salaries could be adjust live during the season per league to the multiplier.
