Toles vs Benintendi

Stats and cards are not the same thing. Benintendi has a 20.94% of a double RH and Toles has a 13.11% chance. That is a 60% greater chance.

agreed. surprised there's that much discrepancy on strat cards when actual season stats are so similar. Still surprised one is regular and the other is unleashed.

Yeah you have to look at the splits. All of Benintendi's XBH are vs RHPs. 14 in 84 PAs. 11 Doubles which would lead to a huge full season.

and all of Toles XBH are against righties too 12 in 92 atbats..... still skeptical... too arbitrary

it's cause benintendi is a red sox player. their cards are pretty close with benintendi having slightly better d(less errors) and better ISO.

Toles had an HR vs LHP.

Toles 9 Doubles in 102 PAs (.088/PA) vs 11 in 85 PAs (.129/PA) for Benintendi. Ortiz led the league in doubles and had 40 in 474 which is a lower rate than even Toles. Benintendi's pace is like 62-63 doubles...
