Raul Mondesi comes in to pinch run in the bottom of the 10th. Steals 3 bases to win on a walk off stolen base of home.

I am no baseball historian by any stretch of the imagination. This is the closest I could find with some googling:

Just two days before Ruiz's back-breaker, Davis broke a 16-inning, 3–3 stalemate between the Phillies and Dodgers at Dodger Stadium with a walk-off steal of home. With two outs in the bottom of the 16th, Davis reached on an infield single, stole second, moved to third on a wild pitch by Philadelphia's Jack Baldschun, then stole home on reliever Morrie Steevens.

There have been fiffty instances of a player stealing second base, stealing third base, then stealing home during the same inning, by forty different ballplayers. There were 6 that happened in the 9th, but no walk-off apparently. Eddie Ainsmith did it in the 9th for the home team in 1912, but there is no box score.

Those are interesting and unusual Baseball facts. A walk-off steal of 2nd-3rd-Home would have been cool to watch in real life!

I recently had a 1982 Team where Ricky Henderson stole 2nd-3rd-Home 4 times in the season....including Back to Back games. However, never a walk-off!
