Contacting Strat 365?

Does anyone have the email for Stratomatic 365? I ordered a set of 6 credits during the site shut down and never was given the credits. I did call the contact phone line but they said they don't handle the 365 orders and that there was no phone number to contact them by. Why would they not have a phone line?

If the email does not get results. Call your credit card company. They can reverse the charge and Strato will contact you. Or even if no contact once the money is returned to your card you can then redo your purchase and hopefully their servers will be working properly this time.
