Free Agents?

Free Agents?

I must be missing something, I drafted a team along with the others in the league now i see many dropping players and grabbing free agents why wouldn't you just get them in the draft?

Not everyone gets who they wanted in the auto draft, so once it's run, managers drop players that don't fit their ballpark and look to grab players that do.

This was not a auto draft, 120 mil cap you get who ever you can afford

I assume the moves are in reaction to the ballparks of the opponents. Hard to tell without a link, but that is nearly always the case

Some times someone dropping the right player can trigger someone else to make a drop to get that player. And that can set off a chain reaction. Back when I played a lot I would try to time my dropping of certain players to times I thought there would be more people on to see what might unexpectedly show up during that chain reaction.
