It is not like you can draft any card and expect it to have the same results as actual. There are so many different factors to consider such as your park, other parks in the league, Opposing players vs ones that the player actually faced in real life and not to mention......rolls of the dice. If it was simply drafting a .290 hitter and expecting him to hit .290 then everybody would be a brilliant manager all the time.
