Rate my Team

Okay, so i've never asked this before. However I was able to put together the greatest outfield available so I have to give it a go.

Yelich Trout Bellinger

Will it work?

I don't know enough about this card set to say for sure, but I think it could work.

I would say it depends on how Gallo and Freese hold up with injuries. You might be holding your breath on them. Other than that I think you might be ok!

I think I would prefer that my shortstop and second base positions were 1s--the overall defense is not that great. Catching is not great. I think you're going to convert less than 80% of your X chances and that is going to put stress on a not so great pitching staff. You should score a lot of runs and that might be enough.

I had a similar team last year...and it was mediocre.

what i find somewhat compelling is that you got all three (betts trout yelich). maybe a few gms just spooked by the injury risk. i have seen trout and yelich in the FA pools a lot. it sucks that trout gets the 2 injury hit for too many 20xx seasons.

i am generally not a gm that uses high injury players like freese. i am am risk averse i guess. i would be more inclined to get a solid lefty 1b that has a higher vsR factor. your outfield will certainly impact every game with avg obp speed defence power. i think overall a good investment. i will tune in every once and a while to check out the progress.

Really? Interesting, I haven't seen Trout, Yelich or Bellinger(I don't have Betts) available in any of leagues I'm in. Betts is available in most of them.

I think you're correct though, it may come down to Freese & Gallo injury luck!

It will be interesting for sure.
