Fielding question

If a player has a lower (2 e 6 ) fielding rating at a secondary position than he does at his main position (2e16) where would you play him? Strat identifies Their main position and I don’t understand where that plays into a decision.

You can't answer that question in a vacuum. Who else is on your team that plays the same positions? How well does he hit? Is he RH or LH and do you need one or the other in your line up? Ideally, you play him at his best position, but lets say your other option for the 2e16 position are 3e24 and you have a 2e10 for his 2e6, then you would likely play him at the 2e16. Like I said there are a lot of factors that might go into the decision.
