BPHR & BPSI Question

I am trying to get some friends to play SOM. It seems to me that choosing a ballpark and then knowing BPSI & BPHR factors are critical to understanding the game.

Is there any way to determine the BPSI & BPHR factors in 365 other than going to each card and counting them? I have the SOM rating book, but don't want each of them to have to get the book in order to play one season.

It would be great if there was a filter for it in the free agent section, but so far I don't see it.

I haven't seen anything like that within the game besides counting chances on the cards. I use ratings disk. Book gives the same info.
