backup catcher

so I am just curious how when someone's catcher gets injured in game 1 of a series and the backup who is a horrendous defensive catcher stays at DH for games 2 and 3 while a position player who has no C eligibility catches those next 2 games? is this a glitch?

NO---Hal will not sub for DH, He would sub any other position, but Hal will not pull your DH, or backup DH if you DH is injured---best not to set a sub for DH on most teams.

On the other hand-- If your 2nd catcher is the starting DH then set him as sub for catcher and set a sub for DH--this works for me. It also works for other positions-- if you want the starting DH to be a position player sub.
