I started a franchise league with a twist, using the 2020 actual set. It's an $80MM cap league, named "2020 Franchise GM Upgrade League" and here are the rules if you're interested:
Choose one team and name your team accordingly. On your draft list, you can ONLY pick players from that team. You must choose your team's stadium.
Once the league fills, you can pick up or trade for up to 8 players that are available (any mix of free agent hitters and pitchers, up to 8 total, is allowed). Throughout the season you may add and drop players but at any time you can have AT MOST 8 players that are listed as being on another team in the 2020 "actual" set. Any player your drop from your team after the draft is fair game for the rest of the league.
