Need help understanding a hitter card

Yasmani Grandal is 3L. His bar graph reflects that. Why is he 23% vs lefty and 77% vs righty? I would have thought the opposite.

And what does power N next to the lefty / righty percentages mean?

Thanks

The 23% is how often he's faced lefties, not how well he's done. Not an important stat for us.
The N stands for normal power. It means he can hit a home run off the pitcher's card. If he had a W (weak power), a homer on the pitcher card would turn into something else.

Just to clarify the N & W , it relates to bpHRs. A batter with a W rating will hit a single on a successful bpHR roll on the pitcher's card.
