deleting mail

You are correct. You cannot mark all emails for deletion at one time. There is a checkbox that based on appearance and convention should cause all to be selected. But it does nothing. Either a bug or something put in with plans to add code to select or deselect all.

Either way might want to send the complaint to the email address for support. Best you can get from any of us is sympathy or smarty responses.

Actually I was mostly joking that no matter how many times you bumped it Strato was not going to respond. My bad. Attempt at humor that missed the mark by a mile.
