I'm looking forward to it but not sure I'll be able to keep up with all of you stat junkies on a daily basis.

I used to play Fantasy Baseball but sort of lost interest in it because of the daily grind involved.

Do not understand where the transition from 2015 to. 2016 stats begins in the card makeup

have to wait to see what it is all about to post judgment

it would be interesting if you draft a team and their cards change as the season progresses
I could see updating the cards on a semi-regular basis but not daily....

Here's an example of McCutchen's card from a test league last season:

http://365.strat-o-matic.com/player/908 ... 2015-10-05

click on the dates to see the daily changes

*note - this card does not reflect McCutchen's 2015 regular Strat card!

Well, I gotta say that I'll try it................and actually, I must admit that I've never seen a photo of Mr. Richman. I'd like to meet him - talk a little baseball - a little history, math, life in general. To me, he looks like the kind of guy that has provided myself and many of you with a lot of fun over a long period of time. Do we get frustrated, have ideas for improvement, etc., etc., etc.??? Of course. But..........the bottom line is SOM represents probably as much fun that's legal.............well, you get where I'm going, right folks? Let me just say good luck, and most importantly Thank You, Mr. Richman!

Totally agree. I don't see the appeal frankly, but to each his own I guess.

You would need to start from last year's stats as a base and then modify from there. I think it's an interesting concept and could allow for keeper leagues to have a season concurrent with (or replaced by) this format.
