This should be fun! It's been 2-3 years since I played the 20XX set but I always enjoyed the theme leagues.

First Round - Sign up and pick your team

Another question: if Rounds 3 and 4 are for drafting players from the undrafted franchises, what happens to the undrafted players from the undrafted franchises? Are they completely off limits for waivers and after? Or can they be picked up at any point?
