If that homer-happy Jarrett Parker card of 2015 made the unleashed set with less PA's than this years Hazelbaker then I don't see why Hazelbaker shouldn't have an unleashed card. That Parker card was a precedent setter in my mind. It really opened the door.

The most comparable SP in past regular sets I could find is Jose Fernandez who pitched 52 innings in 2014. .95/2.44. $8.53
Josh Johnson was in the regular set in 2011 with a WHIP of .98 and an ERA of 1.64. $9.21. 60 innings though.

I think he compares more with Alex Reyes. Both are new MLB plitchers with roughly the same amount of innings in their inaugural seasons. Reyes had five starts compared to seven for Giolito but finished with 46 IP in 2016. And Reyes had a much higher WHIP than Giolito and still was unleashed. So I definitely see Giolito in the unleashed set.
