Wish I'd been aware of that before all my drafts in keeper leagues I've joined since I came back last fall.

Yeah, the differences between ATG and 20XX (current) rules do not seem to be fully addressed.

One huge problem is that RP specialists do not work in 20XX league since the rule change RPs must finish an inning.

What rule change?

And when is this effective as of ? (Meaning 2018, 2019, etc?)

Does not seem to be true. In the 5th inning last night, Downs faced 2 batters and then was pulled.
