Don’t be shy people

Does the draft start as soon as it fills or will it draft next year. I get the concept that the draft will start before cards come out.

As soon as we get 12, the draft for League 1 starts. 12 rounds. Then League 2 drafts, 12 rounds but you can't take anyone you drafted in League 1. Help us out Mike!
