At first glance (of his Ratings Guide info) I agree with you. Expand your thought.

He appeared in 34 games which isn't many but means he pitched in every 5th game during the season and when he did pitch it was for just under 1.2 innings a game. He moved from Miami to SD so maybe that is the problem not enough innings for either team, but I don't think that should matter. 30 for Miami and 23.2 for San Diego neither one would qualify for a card.

23.3 actually wouldn't, but that doesn't matter. He should have been adjusted to a SR2. They just didn't spend the time they usually do on getting things perfect this year.

Since he's a SR3, *maybe* he's ok unleashed. I'll ask them and see what they say.
