What a joke.

Because some of us do not like the daily game.

That's fine I get it. Some people prefer checkers to chess. To each their own. Enjoy, it should be out eventually.

Daily Game better and more challenging....but it takes a much greater time commitment to succeed.

Indeed, you are correct. And the Daily Game is far from perfect, but I want the full GM experience. This is supposed to be the ultimate MLB game, and it just isn't even close anymore.

They ruined the 20XX and ATG9 formats with the ridiculous bullpen settings. I saw a team win 100+ games and a championship and his entire bullpen pitched less than 40 innings for the entire season (combined), that is absurd and as far away from what I am looking for as FANTASY BASEBALL. And you can play Fantasy baseball for FREE.

I wouldn't dispute any of the above. But what I do wonder is, do they really sell more of the cards than credits here? I'd need to see the math on that to believe it. I know I bought the cards too, when I was 9 years old. But I just would need to see these other formats making more money than they make here to believe it.

They still have a group of hard core board gamers that make the trek to their Long Island HQ on card release day to buy their sets. Not sure there's more or not, but there are some HARD CORE board gamers.

It's too bad Gameday Ritual Fantasy ball folded about 6 or 7 years ago. THAT was the closest to being a GM of any fantasy or sim game I've ever played. Their system for signing your players every year with a week-long bidding process, multiple year contracts and the market changing as more offers came online was truly unique.
