Suspect it is common for companies to delete negative posts on their social media sites. That is one reason you have to take reviews and comments on any public internet site with a grain of salt.
Along these lines I recently booked a hotel through hotels.com. The place I stayed had a beverage vending machine that was out of order and taking people's money. Coin slot was jammed. Told the people at the main desk but no out of order sign ever showed up. And when the hair dryer in the room was turned on it started smoking. Apparently it had a short in it. So when I was asked by hotels.com to review it I mentioned those two items. They responded my review was not acceptable because it was negative and invited me to submit a new one.
Now if you go to hotels.com and read a review of that place you will read positive review after positive review. Clearly it is a great place to stay. Or is it?
Used to work for a company that was having a downward turn on it's stocks. Went to a forum where people discuss stocks and investments. I swear there was this one poster that said nothing but positive things about our company. Not only positive but almost quotes from the CEO of the company. We used to sit around on breaks, read the posts and guess which ones were anonymously made by our CEO.
Bottom line it is probably a waste of time to visit the social media sites of any company except for whatever coupons or other price break benefits it may offer. Take the coupons, discounts, etc and ignore anything you read.
