Actually the download is already available in the form of an excel spread sheet there is no need to copy and paste anything.

I do however, do quite a bit of customizing, including coloring the LH and RH numbers in blue and pink respectively to make the sheet reflect how a card looks. If you are a member of SOMworld, (which I am) they offer an add on that gives the counts for doubles and triples for hitters and I add those in as well.

No it's not out yet.What I meant was every year it is released, it already comes in excel spreadsheet format. You get a zipped file when you purchase the download. That has the ratings information in a couple of different formats one of which is excel. It's done as two separate sheets, one for pitchers and one for hitters. I do combine these as one sheet with two separate tabs. There is no need for anyone to copy and paste per se, unless you do like I do and combine the hitter and pitcher sheets into one document.
