Heads up that I am traveling for work Wednesday through Friday. I would prefer we try to find a time for a live draft, but if folks opt for doing it on the boards, I likely will be hard to reach in the coming days (and haven't actually looked at the new cards at all yet).

Just got confirmation, my bud Bob O'Neill is one board! Add him to the list. He'll be in Vegas next week, so he won't be able to start until the week after but he's excited.

Sounds like nobody's in any big hurry -- Al, Cal and now new guy Bob are all in transit over the next week or so, and I'm happily hoping the 24 team league will start soon, so I'll be sated with that for a series or seven. We still need a dozenth player -- Curt flaked on his friend and now we've got a slot to slate.

I'd prefer to start sooner. if we wait until week after next, then we start running into spring break and easter vacation issues. my vote would be to put out call for two vets, and, as Al suggested, try to see if we can't do live draft sunday night. if not, then we wait, but I see similar problems down the road.

What is this thing you call "spring break?"
