Kev's idea was what I was trying to say. I was thinking it would be the same 12 Managers.

What is the cap?

We'll do 80 mil....more than enough to get your whole franchise

And it IS a DH league

Didn't we set divisions by sign up position before? Positions 1-4 in draft order were in the East, 5-8 in Central and 9-12 in West?

Gentleman, I would like to be a part of the Low and High leagues. I was in a similar league 4/5 years ago with kev and keysick.
