Call me crazy, but I actually thought they were taking an extra month with the online game to fix the bullpen settings, at a minimum. Not that that would take a month. That was wishful thinking...

Thoughts on the set that I will definitely not be playing- Hitting and defense are crazy expensive. Pitching is relatively cheap. They really screwed up a lot of range ratings. Carlos Correa a 1 at SS? Ridiculous.

Some may ask, "why are you commenting if you are not playing this set?" First, I still do play the Daily Game and Mystery formats, as well as an occasional retro set. Also, I like seeing the prices and range ratings.

I would probably have played this set (once or twice) if they had just done a quick common-sense fix with the bullpen settings. But no way I play now. I will wait for the Daily Game which is like to chess to checkers compared to the regular game.

But all you fellas, enjoy. Maybe I will post my bargains for you guys since I'm not worried about helping competition that I won't be playing against. Cheers! Enjoy.

Range is determined by the board game and not changed for the online game, and has been known since the early card previews in January. So your displeasure is a little displaced over that factor.

Correa's Range? Uh.... he won the PLATINUM glove award last year so... I think you're in the minority.

My thoughts on the delay. I think they are short-staffed and overwhelmed with work.

There is NO ONE that wants this thing released as quickly as possible more than SOM.

As for pitching. What changes are you looking for. They reworked the whole thing a few years back and it's much better than it was.

Also, I'm pretty sure Hoeing's priced as a SP and his price will end up being reduced.
