I will set up the league

I will set-up the league. I believe there were more votes for waivers and I will vote for waivers as well. At the very worst with waivers, if someone cant be at their computer when the autodraft runs, at least you can put in your waiver picks over a 36 or 60 hour period after the autodraft runs and before the waivers run.
