When in recent history did SOM only card one catcher for a team?

Leashed?

KC and AZ from the 2011 set. They both have 2 with the unleashed set.

Okay guys, I think there are two issues here. When I say carded, I literally mean, "carded", which has nothing to do with the on-line game. ... But at the same time I appreciate the info that I did not already know, that a catcher can be left out of the basic 200X set and only available in the unleashed set, on-line. Which seems silly to me, each team should have AT LEAST two catchers available in the on-line game, and beyond.

Yan Gomes is a big part of the Cleveland Indians' turnaround this season. He has 200 plus plate appearances and is playing four or more games a week and will be unless injured the rest of the season. For him not to be carded (literally) or for the on-line game would simply be outrageous and I can not even imagine that happening.
