New 2015 MLB Team League

Sorry for the dumb question but can you clarify in the rules #3,4,5 a Bit confusing to me

When you create your team, you must include those 7 player names on your draft choices. Theoretically, a manager could theoretically not include some or all of them, knowing that after the draft- if HAL doesn't put them on the roster for some reason, whatever team has any of the 7 named players that are your property MUST release them to you immediately after the draft. No other team but your's may pick them up. That's why it is sandbagging to intentionally do this knowing they have more chances to get better players, knowing they are going to get their 7 anyway. We may only be on the honor system as gentlemen (or ladies) concerning this point. At the point that the draft is complete AND you have your 7 players on your roster, you may trade or release at your pleasure- even before game #1. The idea is to have a core of players from the historical team franchise and build your team around them. Hope this is clear as mud- best I can do lol.
