My ratings suggested salary: 5.18M (but since I feel that my ratings should increase the value of arm rating, his real value is probably closer to 5.65M...)

I would not pay an extra 20% or over a million bucks for a good arm, arm ratings are over rated and factored into the game about as much as clutch hitting. What I mean to say is, a good arm is only going to save you a couple runs a season.

I'll agree that paying 20% over for a great arm is to high but you are dead wrong on how often arm ratings Coke into play. It is significantly more often than clutch, especially in CF any clean hit, that is a hit with no *'s after it has the opportunity to have the CF's arm checked as the runner(s) can advance if they want to test the CF's arm. I had forget ten just how often it comes into play until recently when I dusted off my dice and cards and showed my nephew how to play the board game. A real eye opener.

Don't forget though that the "centerfield by default" doesn't work this way in the online format. Each hit is assigned to a fielder, and my feel is that it's pretty evenly spread out in all three fields. Of course, the left fielder arm is less sollicitated because the arm correction encourages the runner at first to stay at second (-2 vs +2 when the ball is hit vs rf)

Greinke is a cool $10M

I prefer Arrieta's card, despite the +6. Love to see the shut down vs lh.

No you are correct and I am wrong, it comes into play much more often than clutch. What I should have said, is, the good arms do not save that many runs during a season. Unlike the clutch rating which is all or nothing a good arm does not guarantee a saved run very often.

I am guessing the 3015 cards are the unleashed set and the 2015 cards (the second 2015) are the normal set?

So looks like Davies is unleashed...

I'm not sure you're right on that point...Just don't know...Garcia already told us which cards were unleashed, I thought...

I think we'll just have to wait until the online game set is officially released, before we know for sure.

From what I can see, Z.Davies and S. Matz were put in the unleashed list.

Also, Logan Verrett was stripped of his SP mode and is now strickly a R(3) reliever.

Tough news if you had selected the New York Mets.
