yes, visick has been in this before, he's a welcome addition. my vote is still to put a call out for a 12th vet and not wait two more weeks to even get started with a draft process that will take time, AND, run into similar scheduling conflicts.

my suggestion would be Bob try a few auto leagues first rather than throw in with this bunch for his baptism. I believe we could find a 12th by tomorrow if we post, and either try for a live draft, or start drafting on the boards by sunday.
