I wonder if Strat found some new data to use in rendering the value of fielding this year?

Along with a higher value being placed on the great fielders, this set appears to be incredibly harsh on the guys who don't field quite so well. For example, there are almost 100 entries with a fielding range of 5. I don't recall ever seeing that many in the past,

There are also more than 40 pitchers with a fielding range of 5
