Victor Reyes seems like a candidate to get a substantial salary bump. Right now he's at 3.16 mil. He has 30+ hits vs LHPs and 35+ hits vs RHPs with some impressive doubles and triples power (43.8 TB vs LHPs and 57.3 TB vs RHPs) with decent defense in all three OF spots. He's a 'B' base-stealer and a '1-15' runner. And a '1' injury. Why is he only 3.16 mil?

With posts pointing out underpriced/value players, they will definitely get salary bumps. Happened multiple times last year.

Not sure why you'd want to start him, but regardless, they have dropped starter ratings for S/R of limited innings many times over the years. Seth Lugo for the Mets comes to mind in the most recent past.
