Why else would customer service NOT respond to 3 of my emails.
I bought a 5 pack saturday morning. (12/29)
It shows up in the My Accounts section @ Strat.
All other purchases show up as COMPLETED, this purchase shows up as PAYMENT RECEIVED.
I have a receipt for my purchase.
Yet the credits NEVER showed up in my account.

It's a holiday weekend. Cut them some slack.
But they should have posted holiday hours.

Then if you are selling a product online, that doesn't need a human being around, you should stop sales if you are not around.
Oh and for the record, I had to purchase another 5 pack this morning and it went thru without a hitch, and I received my credits.
I still have that 5 pack I bought yesterday somewhere in cyberspace...

I'm sure you'll get a refund. Don't stress about it

5 e-mails and no response.
I can only imagine if it was an emergency.

It would be sad indeed if someone had to manually apply purchased credits. That should be automated. It is not like buying a camera from Amazon and someone has to physically go pull the item off a warehouse shelf and ship it out. This is all electronic.
If manual activity is required then they should not be accepting your money when nobody is around.

"If manual activity is required then they should not be accepting your money when nobody is around."
My point exactly...

If you can write a script, you can hire a remote customer service agent. It's not all that expensive, and good business.
