The game has improved, the customer service has improved but one thing that has not changed through the years is that managers seem to enjoy taking a 20% cap hit by dropping players instead of trying to trade them. I didn't understand it years ago and still don't !
agreed! It is not so much the 2 mil guys getting dumped but when I see 8 or 9 mil players getting dropped it makes me think there had to be a manager that would like the dropped player and could of worked out something but each manager is a individual I guess
I'm new and green, but I certainly see your point with 20% penalties-- but in the early part of a year when some leagues only have a 5% penalty, you may not want to trade with someone--especially in your own division--as it hurts worse if the trade backfires on you.
