You should definitely contact strat ASAP using the email on the drop down menu - InfoHelp/Contact us.
Mark it urgent/time sensitive and put an exclamation point at the beginning and end of the subject line.
In the body of the email, tell them your member name, the league name, and the name of your team. Explain that you drafted only one catcher.
Consistent with the spirit of the draft (I think), you should tell strat in the email the name of a catcher with a salary of $500k that you would like to get as a substitute, and tell strat what batter you would drop. Ask them to do it before the waiver draft.

I wouldn't want to try playing with one catcher. Unofficially there is an ironman rule for the second of 2 catchers, but it's unpredictable what would happen with one catcher. It's also unpredictable what would happen in your waiver draft. I suspect your waiver picks might not go through if you only have one catcher, unless you use your first waiver draft pick to take a catcher, but I don't know for sure.
I think that you may find that strat will get back to you very quickly on this. Contact them ASAP as set out above.
Hope this helps.
