I am a rookie manager, who is getting tired of losing to more experienced managers. Is there any way that I can find a league with managers of my same experience?

Don't discount luck either. You might have had a better strategy than your record shows.

In an 80M league, if you generally the 50/30 hitting/pitching split and tailor to your ballpark, that's enough to be competitive. Not saying that's all there is but it's enough to field a decent team.
